PCI术联合辛伐他汀治疗对急性心肌梗死患者内皮功能的影响

The effect of PCI combined with simvastatin on endothelial function in patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的探讨PCI术后联合辛伐他汀治疗急性心肌梗死患者炎症水平变化和血管内皮功能的影响。方法选择2016年1月—2017年6月间于我院心内科治疗的120例急性心肌梗死患者,随机分为观察组、对照组两组。观察所有研究对象术前、术后的CRP、IL-6、MMP-9、TNF-α指标,并分组记录数据,观察腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者与常规开腹手术切除患者的CRP、IL-6、MMP-9、TNF-α指标参数,以及根据不同阑尾炎类型分组探讨CRP、IL-6、MMP-9、TNF-α指标的差异性。结果手术前CRP、IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α指标和内皮功功能在所有患者的对比中差别不大,具有可以比较性(P>0.05);术后观察组相比较与对照组的CRP、IL-6、MMP-9、TNF-α指标和内皮功功能均显著降低(P<0.05),结论 PCI术治疗急性心肌梗死患者术后应用辛伐他汀具有改善和降低急性心肌梗死患者体内炎症因子的作用,有助于改善血管内皮功能运行,促进急性心肌梗死的治疗,提高患者生存率和降低死亡率。

Objective To investigate the effect of combined simvastatin on the changes of inflammatory level and endothelial function in patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI. Methods The 120 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group between January 2016 and June 2017. Observe all the research object of preoperative and postoperative CRP,IL-6,MMP-9,TNF alpha indexes,records and grouped data,observed in patients with laparoscopic appendectomy with conventional open surgical resection in patients with CRP,IL-6,MMP-9,TNF alpha index parameters,and according to different types of appendicitis group discussion CRP,IL-6,MMP-9,the difference of TNF alpha indicators. Results The comparison between CRP,il-6,il-8 and TNF-alpha and endothelial function in all patients was not significant in all patients,and the comparison was comparable（ P BBB 0. 0. 05）. Postoperative observation group compared with the control group of CRP,IL-6,MMP-9,TNF alpha index and function of endothelial function were significantly lower（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The treatment of PCI postoperative patients with acute myocardial infarction（ mi） application simvastatin has to improve and reduce the role of inflammatory markers in patients with acute myocardial infarction（ mi）,help to improve endothelial function,promote the treatment of acute myocardial infarction,improve the patients survival rate and reduce mortality.
