摘要 目的探讨高分辨率CT(HRCT)在尘肺诊断中的应用。方法回顾性分析2016年1月~2016年12月我院收治的53例尘肺患者的影像学检查资料,所有患者分别进行标准剂量螺旋CT(SCT)和高分辨率CT(HRCT)检查。对两种不同方法的检查结果进行统计学比较和分析。结果 SCT与HRCT在尘肺患者的基本特征即小阴影、大阴影和进行性团块纤维化(PMF)的检出率之间差异并无统计学差异,(P>0.05);但是在早期肺间质纤维化的检出率上,HRCT法统计学高于SCT法,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而在合并症的检出率上只有肺气肿存在统计学差异(P<0.05),其他症状如呼吸道感染、肺结核以及肺癌等的检查率上无明显区别(P>0.05)。结论 HRCT相对于常规的SCT在肺间质改变的观察上具有较为统计学的优势,临床上应当根据患者的实际情况利用HRCT完善相关检查。 Objective To explore the application of high resolution CT( HRCT) in pneumoconiosis diagnosis. Methods A total of 53 patients with pneumoconiosis from January 2016 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were examined by standard dose spiral CT( SCT) and high resolution CT( HRCT). The results of the two different methods were statistically compared and analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in the detection rate of SCT and HRCT between the basic features of pneumoconiosis patients,such as small shadow,large shadow and progressive colony fibrosis( PMF)( P 〉 0. 05); but in early pulmonary interstitial( P 〈 0. 05). There was significant difference between the two groups( P 〈 0. 05),but there was significant difference between the two groups( P 〈 0. 05),but there was significant difference between the two groups( P 〈 0. 05),but the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05) Symptoms such as respiratory tract infection,tuberculosis and lung cancer and other inspection rate was no significant difference( P〉 0. 05). Conclusion HRCT has a significant advantage over conventional SCT in the observation of pulmonary interstitial changes. Clinically,HRCT should be used clinically according to the actual situation of patients.
