社区护理管理小组在糖尿病患者治疗中的血糖控制效果分析

Effect of community nursing management team on blood glucose control in patients with diabetes mellitus

目的研究分析对糖尿病患者应用社区护理管理小组对其血糖控制的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年12月~2016年12月接收的72例糖尿病患者为此次实验研究任务对象,通过采用计算机产生随机数字,分为实验组和参照组,其中参照组为36例,予以常规护理服务,实验组为36例,予以社区护理管理小组干预,比较两组自我管理能力以及护理前后血糖控制情况。结果统计数据并比较分析,护理前,两组患者血糖控制情况比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);护理后,实验组血糖控制情况显著改善,要优于参照组,同时实验组自我管理能力,也要优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者的治疗过程中,积极配合社区护理管理小组干预模式,能够显著提升患者的血糖控制效果,帮助患者培养自我管理能力,有助于患者治疗效果的提高,具有一定的应用价值,值得在临床中进行推广。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of community nursing management team on blood glucose control in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 72 patients with diabetes from December 2014 to December 2016 were selected as the subjects of the experimental study,the random numbers were generated by computer and divided into experimental group and reference group,with 36 cases in the reference group,two cases were given routine nursing service,and 36 cases in experimental group were intervened by community nursing management group. Results Statistics and comparative analysis,nursing before the glycemic control of two groups showed no significant difference（ P 〉 0. 05）; After nursing,the experimental group significantly improved glycemic control,better than the reference group,experimental group and self management ability,also better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The treatment of diabetes,actively cooperate with the management team of community nursing intervention,can significantly improve glycaemic control effect,help patients develop self-management ability,help patients improve the treatment effect,and has certain application value,worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
