国际学生思想政治教育是高校思想政治教育的重要组成部分。国际学生是中国故事、中国方案的传播者,加强国际学生思想政治教育有助于增强国际学生对中国文化的认同,推进中华优秀文化的海外传承,以及为国家战略提供高质量的人才支撑。国际学生思想政治教育具有培养目标的独特性和针对性、教育对象的特殊性和多元性、教育内容的代表性和时代性、教育方式的体验性和柔和性、教育任务的复杂性和艰巨性等特点。国际学生思想政治教育的主要内容是:把优秀传统文化渗入国际学生思想政治教育之中;培养国际学生对社会主义核心价值观的理解与认同;把当代中国的发展全貌展示给国际学生。国际学生思想政治教育面临的瓶颈是:认识不充分、不到位;制度不健全、不完善;师资配备不充足、不专业;亲和力不够,针对性不强。破解其瓶颈的主要路径是:完善国际学生思想政治教育制度;大力加强国际学生专职辅导员师资队伍建设;创新国际学生思想政治教育方式,柔性表达中国理念;着力提升国际学生思想政治教育工作的亲和力和针对性。

The ideological and political education for international students is a key component of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities of China.Strengthening the ideological and political education of international students in China helps to enhance the cultural identity of the foreign students,promote the overseas transmission of Chinese excellent culture and provide high-quality talents support for China＇s national strategies.The characteristics of the ideological and political education for international students in China are as follows：uniqueness and pertinence of the training objective,particularity and diversity of the educational targets,representative and temporal spirit of the educational contents,experience and softness of the means of education and complexity and arduousness of the educational tasks.The main contents of the ideological and political education for international students in China include the following parts：infiltrating the excellent traditional culture into the ideological and political education for international students in China,cultivating international students＇ understanding and identification of socialist core values and showing the panorama of Chinese contemporary development to the international students in China.However,the bottlenecks that the ideological and political education for international students in China faces are as below：insufficient and inaccurate awareness,imperfect system construction,imbalanced and inadequate teaching staff and lack of appetency and pertinence.Therefore,this paper puts forward the paths to break through the bottleneck of the ideological and political education for international students in China：perfecting the system of ideological and political education for international students in China,energetically strengthening the construction of the team of full-time counselors,innovating educational modes and flexibly expressing Chinese ideas and effectively improving the appetency and pertinence of ideological and political education.
