摘要
基于56所汉语国际教育专业硕士培养院校的调查,从课程设置、学位论文和就业等多角度对人才培养状况进行量化分析和比较研究,针对共性问题,提出应明确培养定位,处理好通用型人才培养目标与定向型人才培养目标、特色建设与规范发展、教学实践能力与专业研究能力的关系。
Based on the investigation of fifty-six university's MTCSOL programs,the article compares and analyses the personnel training from setting curriculum,writing thesis and obtaining employment.In accordance with these problems,it put forward that the MTCSOL programs should clear positioning and deal with the relationship between general talents and specialized talents,between characteristic construction and standard development and between practical ability and the specialty research ability.
