摘要
240型柴油机主轴承螺栓的拆卸装配过程十分繁琐,需要消耗大量的人力、物力。设计制作了一个螺栓止动锁紧装置,避免螺母与螺栓相对运动,能快速拆卸主轴承螺栓。
The dismantling and assembling process of main bearing bolt for 240 diesel engine is very complicated,which takes a lot of manpower and material resources. A bolt locking device is designed and made to avoid the relative movement of nuts and bolts and to disassemble the main bearing bolt quickly.
