A New Vision of Understanding the Concept of “Beautiful Ecological Environment Needs”

党的十九大报告提出了"优美生态环境需要"新理念,这是我们党生态文明建设思想的新成果,是对马克思"人的需要理论"的丰富和发展。本文的目的在于从不同的维度加深对"优美生态环境需要"新理念的认识。基于此,本文考辨了"优美生态环境需要"新理念的内涵,分析了中国共产党关于"人的需要理论"的学理脉络,探讨了"优美生态环境需要"新理念与马克思"人的需要理论"的学术渊源关系,阐发了"优美生态环境需要"新理念的理论意义和现实意义。

The 19 th CPC National Congress Reports put forward a new idea of＂beautiful ecological environment needs＂. This is the new achievement of our Party＇s thought of ecological civilization construction and the enrichment and development of Marx＇s＂theory of human needs＂. The purpose of this paper is to deepen our understanding of this new concept from different dimensions. Based on this,this paper examines the connotation of this new concept,analyzes the theoretical context of the Communist Party of China on the theory of human needs,probes into the academic origin of the new concept and Marx＇s＂human needs theory＂,and elucidates the theoretical and practical significance of the new concept.
