国家质量监督检验检疫总局公告2018年第10号为贯彻落实党中央、国务院推进＂放管服＂改革部署和中央经济工作会议＂减证＂要求,进一步深化工业产品生产许可证制度改革,大幅精简压缩生产许可审批流程,减轻企业负担,质检总局在总结有关地方试点改革经验基础上,组织研究制定了《工业产品生产许可证＂一企一证＂改革实施方案》,现予以印发。工业产品生产许可证＂一企一证＂改革。
