针刺举阳穴为主治疗阳萎258例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 258 Cases of Impotence with the Treatment of Acupuncture on Juyang as the Chief Point

笔者采取针刺举阳穴为主、结合中医辨证施治的原则,治疗阳萎症258例,收到了较满意的效果,现报道如下。临床资料本组258例,年龄在20～30岁者63例占24.42%,31～40岁者87例占33.72%,41岁以上者108例占41.86%。病程未满1年者143例占55.42%,1～2年者64例占24.87%,2～3年者34例占13.14%,3～4年者12例占4.88%,5年以上者5例占1.55%。不全萎者(一交即萎)197例占76.36%。

In the treatment, Juyang, located halfway of the connecting line between Zhibian and Huantiao, is prescribed as the primary point and a 5-tun long filiform needle is inserted toward the symphysis pubis on the opposite side. After the arrival of numb, distending, contracting or painful sensation at the root of the penis, the needle is retained for 30 minutes and is manipulated in every 10 minutes. The needling is once for every second day and 12 times constitute one course of treatment. There is one week break between 2 courses. Other points can be combined according to the differentiation and routine needling technique is performed. As the result, 87 cases (33.72%) are cured, 157 (60.85%)are effect- ive, 14 (5.43%) are unchanged and the total effective rate is 94.57 per cent.
