现制现售饮用水监督抽检引发的思考

现制现售饮用水因使用快捷、方便等特点逐渐被公众认可,成为城市供水的一个组成部分。然而我国目前大部分省市对于现制现售饮用水的监管还比较乏力,法律及卫生标准制定的滞后造成监管约束力不够。行业门槛低,安全隐患多,监管难以覆盖到位,造成现制现售饮用水市场混乱。本文通过分析监督抽检中发现的现制现售饮用水细菌指数超标的应对措施,来探讨如果加强市场监管,落实监督责任,保障现制现售饮用水的供水卫生和安全。

Because of the fast and convenience,the fresh-purified drinking water is gradually recognized by the public,and has been an integral part of urban water supply.However,at present,most provinces and cities in our country still lag behind in supervising the fresh-purified drinking water,and lags behind in the formulation of regulations and health standards,which result in insufficient regulatory power.Industry threshold is low.There are many hidden dangers.Supervision is difficult to cover in place,resulting in the market turmoil of fresh-purified drinking water.This study analyzed the countermeasures that exceed the standard of drinking water bacteria found in supervision and sampling,to find out how to strengthen the supervision of the market and the supervision responsibility,and to ensure the hygiene and safety of drinking water supply.
