Analysis and consideration of the supervision subject and main points of medical waste——Taking the case of illegal disposal of medical waste in a hospital as an example

作者对一起医疗机构在医疗机构外非贮存地点丢弃倾倒医疗废物的案件进行分析,就该案的执法主体的确定、法律的适用、证据的收集、文书的制作等问题进行探讨,并提出意见和建议,为今后查处此类案件提供参考。

Authors analyzed the case of a medical institution discarding medical waste in the non-defined storage site of medical waste outside the institution,and discussed the law enforcement subject,application of the laws and regulations,evidence collection,the usage of documents and other issues.Opinions and suggestion were put forward to provide a reference for future investigation of such cases.
