摘要
目的:对常州市母婴保健技术服务机构执业现状进行调查分析,找出存在的问题,提出合理建议,为今后工作提供参考。方法:对常州市市本级及下辖1市5区2016年5月至2017年6月母婴保健技术服务机构、人员和违法情况进行统计、分析,从而总结存在问题。结果:全市母婴保健技术服务机构在执业许可、依法执业以及监督管理等方面还存在问题,有待进一步规范。结论:应强化机构和人员依法执业意识,规范行政许可审批和行政管理,提升卫生监督执法能力和水平。
Objective：This paper investigated and analyzed the practice status of maternal and infant health service in Changzhou city,found out the existing problems and put forward reasonable suggestions for the future work.Methods：Statistics analysis of maternal and infant health care technical service institutions,personnel and illegal situations from May 2016 to June 2017 in 5 districts of Changzhou city.Results：There were still problems in the practice with license,practicing by the law,and in the field of supervision and management.Conclusion：We should strengthen institutions and personnel to practice consciousness according to law,standardize the approval and administration of administrative licenses,and improve the capacity and level of the supervision and law enforcement of health supervision.
