沿海平原调水引流及水量水质联合调控研究 被引量:6

摘要 浙江省沿海平原河网水源补给不足、水环境质量差,实施平原调水引流是增加水资源补给、促进水体有序流动以及改善河网水质的有效措施。以台州温黄平原为例进行研究,构建了水量水质联合调控耦合模型系统,在开展产水产污分析以及原型调水试验研究等工作的基础上,对调水引流水量及其改善河网水环境效果方面开展了分析,根据试验分析结果,提出了实施河网水量水质联合调控的方案。研究成果可为温黄平原乃至整个浙江省沿海平原实施调水引流及水量水质联合调控提供技术支撑和研究示范。 The coastal plain in Zhejiang Province has insufficient water supply and poor water quality,water diversion is an effective measure to increasing water supply,promoting orderly flowing and improving the water quality of river network. Taking Wenhuang plain in Taizhou as an example,water quantity and quality joint regulation model is established. On the basis of the analysis of runoff yielding and pollution yielding and prototype water diversion test,the amount of water diversion and its improvement effect on water environment are analyzed. A regulation scheme for the joint control of water quantity and quality of river network is proposed. This research can provide technical support and research demonstration for the implementation of water diversion and joint control of water quantity and quality in Wenhuang plain and even the whole coastal plain in Zhejiang Province.
