大学生内疚感、怕掉面子与道歉倾向的关系

The Relations among Feeling of Guilt,Fear of Losing Face,and Apology Proclivity

考察内疚感、怕掉面子与道歉倾向的关系及作用机制。方法:采用大学生道歉倾向量表、内疚感量表和面子得失量表对500名在校大学生进行了测查。结果:内疚感对抗拒道歉倾向有显著的负回归效应,怕掉面子对抗拒道歉倾向有显著的正回归效应;怕掉面子对内疚感与主动道歉倾向关系有显著的调节作用,低怕掉面子组内疚感对主动道歉倾向的影响显著,而高怕掉面子组内疚感对主动道歉倾向的影响不显著。结论:内疚感、怕掉面子对抗拒道歉倾向有显著的预测作用;怕掉面子对内疚感与主动道歉倾向的关系有调节作用。

To investigate the relation and the mechanism of Feeling of Guilt, Fear of Losing Face, and Apology Proclivity. Method： Five hundred college students were investigated by using the Apology Proclivity Scale, Chinese Version of Guilt Scale, Consciousness of Social Face scale . Results： The feeling of guilt has a negative predictive either on the proclivity of resisting apologizing and the Fear of losing face has a positive predictive effect on the proclivity of resisting apologizing. Fear of losing face moderated the relation of Feeling of Guilt and the proclivity of initiative apologizing. Conclusion： Feeling of Guilt and Fear of Losing Face significantly predicted the proclivity of initiative apologizing. Fear of Losing Face moderated the relation of Feeling of Guilt and the proclivity of resisting apologizing.
