摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定工作场所空气中丙烯酰胺的不确定度分析方法。方法按照测定不确定度评定与表示(JJFl059.1-2012)的要求.分析高效液相色谱法测定工作场所空气中丙烯酰胺不确定度的主要来源。对不确定度分量进行量化.保证实验室数据的准确性和可靠性,提高实验室的专业技术水平。结果评定结果表明该方法的不确定度主要来源是标准曲线在计算出样品中浓度时产生的,是影响结果可靠性的重要环节。结论该方法适用于高效液相色谱法测定工作场所空气中丙烯酰胺的不确定度评定。
Objective To establish an Uncertainty Analysismethod fordetermination of acrylamide in workplace air by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods According to the requirements of "Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement",we analyzedthe main sources of uncertaintyin acrylamide determination in workplace air by HPLC and quantifiedthe uncertainty component to ensure accuracy and reliability of the experimentaldata ,to improve the professional and technical level of the laboratory. Results The results show that the main reason for the uncertainty of the method is the concentration of the samplecalculated from standard curve, which is an important part of the reliability of the results. Conclusion The method is applicable to Uncertainty Evaluation in Determination of Acrylamide in Workplace Air by High Performance Liquid Chromatography
