摘要
针对目前大型石化装置火炬系统增设气液分离器以缓解"下火雨"的实际问题,通过利用ANSYS软件对一种常见的气液分离器原型进行结构优化,从而得出了适合此种气液分离器的较优的结构特征。从气液分离器的出液口位置、罐体直径以及罐体导流罩设置等方面给出了定性的优化建议,为后续更优的模拟研究奠定了基础。
In this paper, with respect to the use of gas-liquid separator to alleviate the problem of "fire rain" in present petrochemical system, by using ANSYS, a common kind of gas-liquid separator prototype was optimized. The superior structural characteristics applicable to this separator were obtained. Some optimizations were proposed, including the outlet position of gas-liquid separator, the diameter of tank and the shape of tank shroud, which laid the foundation for later studies and simulations.
