摘要
高通量换热管可明显强化沸腾传热,高通量再沸器比普通再沸器具有更高的传热效率,就石化装置中应用的高通量再沸器的技术特点,对壳程防冲结构选择、支座选型设计、复合管板加工、换热管与复合管板的焊接与胀接等设计制造要点进行探讨。
By using of high flux reboiler, heat transfer can be apparently intensified in view of the fact that it has higher efficiency of heat transfer than normal reboilers. In this article, the technical characteristics of high flux reboiler used in petrochemical industry as well as selection of impingement structure in shell side, selection of supports, fabrication of clad tubesheet and welding or expanding connection of tubesheet and tubes were discussed.
