摘要
介绍化工装置能耗的构成和能耗统计的计算方法,针对水蒸气既是能量的载体又是做功的流体的双重性质,提出水蒸气能源折算值的焓法和法的两种计算方法。前者用于化工装置能耗的统计,后者则用于衡量化工装置工艺设计水平。对于化工装置能耗统计的计算方法,从计算取值方法的权威性、精确性、永久性出发,建议用标准水蒸气焓值代替我国目前使用的水蒸气能源折算值的定值方法。
In this article, the method of calculating the constitution of energy consumption and the method of statistic were introduced. With respect to the features of vapor which is energy carrier and is also power fluid, two methods, use of enthalpy and exergy, for calculating the conversion of energy were presented. The former is used for statistical calculation of energy consumption in chemical plant, and the latter is used for appraisal of the level demonstrated in process design of chemical plant. For the method of statistical calculation for the energy consumed in chemical plant, based on authority, precision and durability, it was proposed to substitute standard steam enthalpy value for currently used steam energy converted value.
