摘要
本文对非洲某高铜低硫铜精矿进行焙烧-酸浸工艺试验研究。结果表明,在焙烧温度750℃、焙烧时间2.0 h时,该铜精矿焙烧脱硫率为79.78%;所得焙砂在浸出条件为浓硫酸加入量1.1 t/t焙砂,酸浸温度50℃,酸浸时间3.0 h时,铜的浸出率可达98.10%。
A high-copper and low-sulfur copper concentrate of Africa through the roasting-acid leaching process experiment was studied. The results show that the desulphurization rate of the copper concentrate is 79.78% when theroasting temperature is 750 ℃ and the roasting time is 2.0 h; the copper leaching rate can reach up to 98.10% under the condition that the additive sulfuric acid in roasted product is 1.1 t/t, the acid leaching temperature is 50℃, and the acidleaching time is 3.0 hours.
