摘要 目前,国内通沟污泥以简易填埋为主,二次污染问题大,占用土地资源。本文以上海某区通沟污泥处理项目为例,通过综合比选,采用减量和资源化综合处理新技术,运用水力筛洗等手段,将通沟污泥分解成成分相对单一的大粒径渣料、中粒径渣料、小粒径有机物、砂粒和泥饼等。其间,易二次污染环境的有机质部分随污水回流至污水处理系统得到处理,相对洁净的砂粒可以用作建筑用砂,从而较好地实现了通沟污泥的减量化、无害化、稳定化和资源化。 At present, sewage sludge is mainly landfills in China, and the two pollution problem is large, occupying land resources. Taking the project of domestic sewage treatment in a district of Shanghai as an example, through comprehensive comparison and selection, the new technology of reduction and resource comprehensive treatment is adopted and hydraulic sieve is used to decompose the sewage sludge into a relatively single large particle size slag, medium particle size slag, small size organic matter, sand and mud cake, etc. In the meantime, the organic part of the two polluted environment is treated with sewage back to the sewage treatment system, and the relatively clean sand can be used as the building sand, thus the reduction, harmless, stabilization and resource of the sewage sludge can be reduced.
