摘要
新时代,我国社会经济快速发展,制药行业也取得了长足进步。我国生物制药企业越来越多,问题也越来越突出,主要表现为数量多、规模小、布局集中度低。与发达国家的生物制药行业相比,我国生物制药企业经济收益较低,实际生产造成的环境污染却更加严重。对于生物医药生产过程中产生的废水,人们采用物化预处理、生化处理及深度处理等工艺,从而实现达标排放。研究发现,生物医药废水设计规模为100 m^3/d,采用隔油、水解酸化、厌氧、SBR生化以及砂滤组合工艺,这对废水处理有非常好的效果。
In the new era, China's social economy has developed rapidly and the pharmaceutical industry has also made significant progress. There are more and more biopharmaceutical companies in China, and the problems are becoming more and more prominent. The main manifestations are the large number, small scale, and low concentration of layout. Compared with the biopharmaceutical industry in developed countries, China's biopharmaceutical companies have lower economic returns, and actual production has caused more serious environmental pollution. For the waste water produced in the biomedical production process, people use physical and chemical pretreatment, biochemical treatment, and advanced treatment to achieve discharge standards. The study found that the biomedical wastewater design scale is 100 m3/d, and oil separation, hydrolytic acidification, anaerobic, SBR biochemical and sand filtration combined processes are used, which has a very good effect on waste water treatment.
