齐鲁热电SCR脱硝系统运行中存在的问题及应对措施

摘要 燃煤过程中产生的氮氧化物是造成温室效应、酸雨和光化学污染的主要物质,选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝技术是降低燃煤过程中氮氧化物产生量的有效措施。自2014年SCR脱硝装置投运以来,因配套设施不完备、运行经验不足等原因,中国石化齐鲁石化分公司热电厂遭遇种种制约脱硝装置稳定运行的问题。本文探讨了脱硝装置实际运行过程中存在的喷氨量波动、氨喷嘴堵塞、空预器堵塞等问题,同时提出了针对性的应对措施,旨在保障SCR脱硝装置的稳定运行。 The nitrogen oxides produced in the process of coal combustion are the main substances that cause the greenhouse effect, acid rain and photochemical pollution. Selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitrification is an effective measure to reduce the production of nitrogen oxides in the process of coal combustion. Since the commissioning of the SCR denitrification device in 2014, the Thermoelectric Plant of the Qilu Petrochemical Branch of the Sinopec has encountered a variety of problems restricting the stable operation of the denitrification equipment because of the incomplete supporting facilities and insufficient operating experience. This paper discusses the problems of the fluctuation of ammonia injection, the blockage of ammonia nozzles and the blockage of the air preheater in the actual operation of the denitrification device. At the same time, the pertinent measures are put forward to ensure the stable operation of the SCR denitrification device.
