摘要 随着生活水平的显著提升,人们对环境质量给予了高度重视,对环境监测工作提出了新要求。衍生气相色谱法主要是通过化学反应,对化合物分子中的原子团、官能团等进行转变,对衍生物进行定性与定量分析。该方法具有较为理想的分离效果,灵敏度较高,绿色环保,将其应用到环境监测中,能够对酸类、酮类、酚类及其衍生物进行有效检测,为环境质量的改善提供参考依据。本文阐述了衍生气相色谱法的特点,分析了其在环境监测中的应用。 With the remarkable improvement of living standards, people have attached great importance to environmental quality and plat forward new requirements for environmental monitoring.Derived gas chromatography is mainly used to convert the atomic groups and functional groups in compound molecules through chemical reactions, and qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the derivatives.This method has ideal separation effect, high sensitivity, and green environmental protection. It can be applied to environmental monitoring and can effectively detect acids, ketones, phenols and their derivatives, providing a reference for environmental quality improvement.This article describes the characteristics of derivatized gas chromatography and analyzes its application in environmental monitoring.
