摘要
梅山铁矿尾矿库容量不足,需要扩大尾矿利用量,为此开展了尾矿浓缩分级工艺调整,新增1台600 m2压滤机,进行了压滤工业试验。结果表明,不同粒级组成的降磷尾矿均能通过压滤实现脱水,滤饼水分最高17.06%、最低12.43%,为后续扩大压滤产能规模提供了可靠依据。这样可以提高压滤产品生产量和销售量,提高尾矿资源利用率,缓解尾矿库库容不足,促进矿山生产可持续发展。
The capacity of Meishan iron ore tailings reservoir is insufficient and the tailings are needed to be expanded. Therefore, the railings concentration classification process is adjusted. 1 new 600 m2 press filters are added, and the pressure filtration industrial test is carried out. The results showed that the dephosphorization tailings with different particle sizes could be dewatered by filter press. The moisture content of the cake was 17.06% and 12.43%, which provided a reliable basis for the subsequent expansion of the capacity of the filter press. In this way, the production and sales volume of filter press products can be increased, the utilization rate of tailings resources can be increased, the shortage of tailings storage capacity can be eased, and the sustainable development of mine production can be promoted.
