铜精炼渣顶吹转炉贫化生产实践 被引量:1

摘要 广西某公司铜冶炼能力为300 kt/a,熔炼工序产出含铜25%~30%的精炼渣18 964.7 t/a。公司利用2台13 m^3的顶吹转炉对精炼渣进行熔炼贫化。根据生产实践,采用钙铁橄榄石渣型,Fe/SiO_2为0.5~0.7,配入40%左右精炼渣是理想的精炼渣贫化方案。采用热态渣投料,单炉作业时间可缩短17.96%,天然气单耗降低48.37%。 The copper smelting capacity of a company in Guangxi is 300 kt/a, and the refining process produces 18 964.7 t/ a of refining slag containing 25% to 30% copper. The company uses two 13 m3 top-blown converters to smeh and refine the refining slag. According to the production practice, Fe/SiO2 is 0.5 - 0.7 when using the calcium-iron olivine slag type. The refining slag with about 40% is the ideal refining slag depletion scheme. With the hot slag feed, the single furnace operation time can be shortened by 17.96%, and the unit gas consumption is reduced by 48.37%.
