北京市怀柔区成年居民吸烟状况调查

Survey on smoking status among adult residents in Huairou district of Beijing

目的分析北京市怀柔区成年居民的吸烟状况,为制定北京市怀柔区控烟措施提供基础资料。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法,对怀柔区16个乡镇(街道)、48个行政村(居委会)的16 726名常住成年居民进行吸烟情况问卷调查。结果共调查成年居民16 726名,吸烟率为24.35%;吸烟者平均年龄为为(51.69±14.42)岁;其中吸烟率最高的年龄段为50~59岁(27.90%)、平均每天吸烟支数为20支以上(28.75%)、烟龄为10年以上(78.27%);大专及以上文化程度者吸烟率最低(16.10%),有戒烟打算的仅占13.06%。结论怀柔区成年居民吸烟率仍然较高,烟草控制仍然面临着巨大挑战,应加强健康教育工作和采取有针对性的干预措施控制烟草消费。

Objective To analyze the smoking status of adult residents in Huairou district of Beijing,and provide basic data for tobacco control measures in Huairou district. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 16 726 permanent residents recruited from 16 towns（ streets） and 48 administrative villages（ neighborhood committees） in Huairou district by multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method. Results Among 16 726 residents,the smoking rate was24. 35%. The average age of smokers is 51. 69 ± 14. 42 years old. The highest smoking rate（ 27. 90%） was found in 50-59 years group,in which the average number of cigarettes consumption per day was more than 20（ 28. 75%）. 78. 27% smokers had been smoking for more than 10 years. The lowest smoking rates（ 16. 10%） was found in peoples with college degree or above. Only 13. 06% smoker intended to quit smoking. Conclusion The smoking rate among adult residents in Huairou area is still high. Tobacco control still faces great challenges. Health education should be strengthened and targeted interventions should be taken to control tobacco consumption.
