摘要
目的了解北京市顺义区人群冬季室内外PM2.5暴露水平,为精确评估PM2.5暴露水平对人群健康影响提供依据。方法开展室外空气PM2.5浓度监测,连续采样7 d。随机选择1 246人进行问卷调查。分析不同人群PM2.5的暴露水平。结果工作日时,男性的室外暴露水平高于女性。休息日时,男性在家暴露水平低于女性,室外暴露水平高于女性。工作日时,≥60岁组在家暴露水平均高于其他组;6~17岁组办公/学校暴露水平高于其他组;45~59岁组室外暴露水平高于其他组。休息日时,≥60岁组在家暴露水平高于其他组,18~44岁组与其相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论北京市顺义区不同人群PM2.5暴露水平不同,在进行不同人群空气污染暴露评价时,应考虑到PM2.5暴露参数,来提高评价准确性。
Objective To understand the dose of population exposure to PM2.5 in Beijing Shunyi district, so as toprovide the basis for accurate assessment of the impact of PM2. 5 exposure on population. Methods The outdoor air PM2 5 concentration was continuous monitored in the middle of each month for seven days. At the same time a total of 1 246 people were randomly selected to conduct a questionnaire survey. Meanwhile, PM2 5 external exposuworking day,the outdoor exposure level of men is higher than that of women. At rest days,compared to women, men acceptedless exposure at homeand higher exposure at outdoors. During the working days, the group older than 60 accepted higher exposure than the otlier group at home ; office / school exposure level in 6 - 17 years old group was higher than that in other groups ; outdoor exposure level in 45 - 59 years old group was higher than that in other groups. At rest days, exposure level in group older than 60 is higher than that in other group at home. Compared to the 18 -44 group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05). Conclusion The different age groups in Beijing Shunyi district took different PM2.5 exposure, and theexposure parameters of PM2.5 should betaken into account in th ea sses sm ent of air pollution exposure among different as to improve theaccuracy of evaluation.
