核仁小RNA在肿瘤发生发展中的研究进展

摘要 非编码RNA(ncRNA)是涉及多种细胞重要生理过程的调控分子。ncRNA,特别是微RNA(miRNA),在肿瘤发生发展过程中起着至关重要的作用。越来越多的证据表明,核仁小RNA(snoRNA)的失调与肿瘤相关。snoRNA可能作为抑制基因或原癌基因参与肿瘤的发生发展,并且snoRNA相关基因印记及应激反应也与疾病的发生有关。snoRNA是核苷酸数量为60~300的小分子非编码RNA,由内含子编码。大量的研究表明,snoRNA的作用机制为核糖体RNA(rRNA)的2'-O-甲基化及rRNA的假尿苷化,snoRNA调控紊乱可导致疾病的发生。本文介绍了snoRNA的相关功能及其在肿瘤诊断、治疗中的可能应用。
