孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片辅助治疗儿童过敏性紫癜临床观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of 40 cases of Henoch-Schonlein purpura with montelukast sodium chewable tablets

目的观察孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片辅助治疗儿童过敏性紫癜(HSP)的疗效。方法选取医院2016年3月-2017年10月儿科病房收治的HSP患儿40例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各20例。对照组给予常规对症治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗。比较2组临床疗效、症状改善时间及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为95.0%高于对照组的85.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组皮肤紫癜、腹痛、关节肿痛、肾脏损害消失时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组均无不良反应发生。结论孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片辅助治疗儿童HSP效果明显,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of montelukast sodium chewable tablet in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura in children. Methods 40 children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura in pediatric wards from March2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into treatment group（ n = 20） and control group（ n = 20）. The control group was given routine symptomatic treatment,based on the control group,the treatment group was given montelukast sodium chewable tablets. The curative effect,symptom improvement and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group（ 95. 0%） was higher than that of the control group（ 85. 0%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The skin purpura,alimentary tract lesions,joint swelling and pain,and the disappearance time of renal lesions in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the difference were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Montelukast sodium chewable tablet is effective in the treatment of HSP,worthy of clinical promotion.
