罗浮山风湿膏药治疗坐骨神经痛的临床疗效观察

The clinical effect observation of luofushan rheumatism plaster in treatment of sciatica

目的观察罗浮山风湿膏药治疗坐骨神经痛的临床效果。方法将80例坐骨神经痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予传统西医疗法,治疗组给予常规西医疗法联合罗浮山风湿膏药外敷,以治疗7 d为1个疗程。比较2组视觉模拟评分(VAS)和临床疗效。结果 2组患者在治疗3、5、7 d后的VAS评分均低于治疗前,呈逐渐下降趋势,且治疗组VAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的总有效率为92.5%明显高于对照组的72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用罗浮山风湿膏药治疗坐骨神经痛,可以降低西药的用量,使患者尽早活动,具有较好的临床疗效和良好的安全性。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of luofushan rheumatism plaster in treatment of sciatica. Methods80 cases petients with sciatica were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 40 cases. Control group was treated by traditional western treatment. Treatment group was treated by luofushan rheumatism plaster on the basis of control group. Treatment for 7 days is a course of treatment. After treatment,compared the VAS score and clinical effect of 2 groups. Results The VAS score on 3 th,5 th,7 th days after treatment of 2 groups were lower than that before treatment,it showed a gradual decline,and the VAS score of treatment group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistic significant（ P〈0. 05）. The total efficiency of treatment group（ 92. 5%） was higher that of control group（ 72. 5%）,the difference was statistic significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Luofushan rheumatism plaster in treatment of sciatica can reduce the dose of western medicine,to enable patients to exercise as soon as possible,with good clinical efficacy and good safety.
