摘要
分析槲皮素在聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)修饰碳糊电极及其电化学行为,发现PVP修饰电极对槲皮素具有强烈的催化活性,据此建立一种直接测定槲皮素的电化学方法,槲皮素氧化峰电流与槲皮素浓度在2.5×10^(-8)~2.5×10^(-7)mol/L及5.0×10^(-7)~1.0×10^(-5)mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系。开路富集1.5 min后,其最低检测限为1.0×10^(-8)mol/L。在1.0×10^(-5)mol/L槲皮素中平行测定10次,RSD为3.2%。本法直接测定中草药金银花中槲皮素的含量结果满意。
Study of quercetin in polyvinyl pyrrolidone( PVP) modified carbon paste electrode and the research of quercetin on the electrode electrochemical behavior,found that PVP modified electrodes for quercetin has strong catalytic activity,on the basis of establishing a direct electrochemical method for determination of quercetin,quercetin and oxidation peak current QUE concentration in 2. 5 × 10^-8 mol/L to 2. 5 × 10^-7 mol/L and 5. 0 × 10^-7 mol/L to 1. 0 × 10^-5 mol/L range had good linear relationship. The minimum test limit of 1. 5 minutes after opening is 1. 0 × 10^-8 mol/L. Ten times were measured in the 1. 0 × 10^-5 mol/LQUE,and the RSD was 3. 2 percent. The method was used to determine the content of quercetin in Chinese herbal medicine.
