药师在HER2阳性乳腺癌自备药物注射用曲多珠单抗管理中的价值分析

The value analysis of quedolizumab for self-contained drug injection management by pharmacists in patients with HER2 positive breast cancer

目的分析药师在HER2阳性乳腺癌患者自备药物注射用曲妥珠单抗管理中的价值。方法制定特殊情况患者自备药品相关规定,根据标准操作规程,HER2阳性乳腺癌患者自备并保存注射用曲妥珠单抗,药师对药品来源、有效期、质量、不良反应进行管理,对合格药品进行调配,对患者就药品相关知识进行宣教。观察管理效果。结果符合药事管理规定的97例患者共使用注射用曲妥珠单抗876瓶,药师调配次数共计1218次,未发现与药品调配相关的差错,未发生与该药品相关的不良反应,经药师对药品知识的宣教,患者发生自备药物保管错误发生率为0.25%(3/1 218)。结论药师在自备药品注射用曲妥珠单抗的管理中,能有效保证药品调配质量,推广药品知识,减少医疗纠纷,体现药师在自备药品管理中的自身价值。

Objective To analysis the value of quedolizumab for self-contained drug injection management by pharmacists in patients with HER2 positive breast cancer. Methods The provision related with special cases of patients with selfowned drug was developed. According to the standard operation procedure,HER2 positive breast cancer patients got and kept Herceptin by themselves. The pharmacist managed the drug quality including source,validity period,and adverse reaction.Drugs were admixed by pharmacists. Pharmacists conducted propaganda and education on drug knowledge. Results 97 patients used 876 bottles of Herceptin. The admixture times were 1218 in total. No errors associated with drug admixture were found. No adverse reactions related to the drug were happened. After the propaganda and education on drug knowledge by pharmacist,the error rate of storage was 0. 25%（ 31/1218） by patients. Conclusion In the management of herceptin,pharmacists ensure the quality of drug,promote drug knowledge and reduce medical dissension effectively.
