为实现压力烧结炉在硬质合金生产中的安全可靠运行,从设备安全联锁保护、安全检测与泄露测试、工艺运行安全、分级报警机制四个方面进行了压力烧结炉全面、严谨的安全分析,并在控制系统中设计了安全策略控制程序和全面的分级报警提示,确保了压力烧结炉安全可靠的运行控制。
In order to achieve the safe and reliable operation of the Sinter-HIP Furnace in cemented carbides production, complete and strict safety issues are analyzed and the corresponding control strategiesare designed in the control system from 4 aspects including equipment interlock protection, safety detection and testing, safety process operation, and graded alarm mechanism. This control system with safety control and graded alarm system also assures the safely and reliably control of the Sinter-HIP Furnace operation.
