基于新员工行为塑造的优秀企业文化传承和弘扬 被引量:1

摘要 现代企业可持续发展的关键在于优秀的企业文化,我国传统企业文化的传承和弘扬是通过严格的管制来约束新员工的行为。基于企业文化与新员工行为的互动分析表明,我国企业应针对新员工的行为特性,从物质层次、制度层次和精神层次的文化三个方面分别实施相应的措施,从而使得优秀企业文化得以传承和弘扬。
