临床护理路径联合健康教育对产妇选择自然分娩方式的影响研究

Effect of clinical nursing pathway combined with health education on the selection of natural delivery modes in pregnant women

目的探讨临床护理路径联合健康教育对产妇选择自然分娩方式的影响。方法选取2017年11月—2018年2月期间于我院进行产前检查的100例产妇,利用随机数字表法分为2组,各50例。对照组进行健康教育,在此基础上观察组采取临床护理路径,对比2组分娩方式、剖宫产手术因素影响及护理满意度。结果观察组自然分娩率(88.00%)较对照组(50.00%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组选择剖宫产手术受胎儿宫内窘迫、头盆不称及妊娠期并发症的影响情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组选择剖宫产受社会因素影响率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度(96.00%)较对照组(82.00%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径联合健康教育可有效提升产妇自然分娩率,减少社会因素对分娩方式选择的影响,提升护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathway combined with health education on the selection of natural delivery modes in pregnant women. Methods 100 pregnant women with prenatal examination in the hospital from November 2017 to February 2018 were selected, and they were divided into two groups by random number table,with 50 cases in each group. Control group was given health education,while observation group was given clinical nursing pathway based on control group. The delivery mode,influencing factors of cesarean section,nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The natural delivery rate of observation group（ 88.00%）was higher than control group（ 50.00%）（ P〈0.05）;The influencing factors of cesarean section by intrauterine fetal distress, cephalopelvic disproportion,pregnancy complications were compared between the two groups,and there was no statistical difference（ P〉0.05）;The influencing rate of cesarean section by social factors in observation group was lower than that in control group（ P〈0.05）; The nursing satisfaction of observation group（ 96.00%） was higher than control group（ 82.00%）（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway combined with health education can effectively increase natural delivery rate,reduce the effect of social factors on the selection of delivery modes,enhance nursing satisfaction.
