延续心理护理干预对脑肿瘤患者及家属负性情绪的影响

Effects of continuing psychological nursing intervention on negative emotions in brain tumor patients and their families

目的观察延续心理护理干预对脑肿瘤患者及家属负性情绪的影响。方法选取2016年6月—2017年5月收治的脑肿瘤患者50例随机分为2组,分别给予延续心理护理干预、常规护理。对比2组患者及家属的焦虑评分、抑郁评分,及治疗依从性和护理满意度。结果观察组患者的抑郁评分、焦虑评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗依从性、护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者家属的抑郁评分、焦虑评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用延续心理护理干预不仅可以缓解脑肿瘤患者及其家属的负性情绪,还能提高其治疗依从性和满意度,值得应用。

Objective To observe the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the negative emotion of patients with brain tumors and their families. Methods Forty patients with brain tumor were enrolled from January,2016 to March 2017,and were divided into two groups. The patients were treated with continuous psychological care and routine nursing. Results The scores of depression and anxiety in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（ P0.05）.The adherence and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group（ P〈0.05） The scores of family members were lower than those of the control group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of persistent psychological nursing intervention has significant clinical effect,not only can alleviate its negative emotions,but also improve the treatment compliance, it is worth applying.
