蜡疗结合针刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect of acupuncture combined with kerotherapy in the treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylopathy

目的:观察蜡疗结合针刺对椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将60例椎动脉型颈椎病病人分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组行单纯针刺疗法,观察组在针刺疗法的基础上配合蜡疗治疗。观察2个疗程后,2组的临床疗效及中医证候评分状况。结果:2个疗程后,观察组治愈率为30.0%,显著高于对照组的6.7%(P<0.01),观察组的中医证候评分亦显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:蜡疗结合针刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效显著,对缓解病人的病痛具有重要作用,优于单纯针刺治疗。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with kerotherapy in the treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylopathy（ VACS）. Methods： Sixty patients with VACS were randomly divided into the observation group and control group（ 30 cases each group）. The control group and observation group were treated with acupuncture and kerotherapy combined with acupuncture,respectively. The clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome score in two groups were observed after 2 courses of treatment.Results： After two courses of treatment,the cure rate in observation group（ 30. 0%） was significantly higher than that in control group（ 6. 7%）（ P〈0. 01）,and the TCM syndrome score in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（ P〈0. 01）.Conclusions： Kerotherapy combined with acupuncture in treating VACS has good effect,which can relieve the pain of patients,and is superior to acupuncture treatment.
