健康与非健康人群血浆髓过氧化物酶水平比较

Comparative analysis of the level of plasma myeloperoxidase between healthy and unhealthy people

目的:探讨血浆髓过氧化物酶(MPO)参考值在健康与非健康人群中的作用。方法:选取998例相关样本,按照除MPO外的心血管指标如总胆固醇、血脂、血压、血常规、心电图分为正常组(330例)与非正常组(668例),采用酶联免疫法定量检测试剂盒测定健康成人血浆MPO的含量,分别统计MPO含量分布,评价检测方法。结果:血浆MPO水平与性别有一定相关性,和总胆固醇、血压、血脂、血常规和心电图具有一定关联。结论:血浆MPO水平参考值的建立,可以起到心血管异常状态预警作用,为临床应用提供参考依据。

Objective： To investigate the value of the plasma level of myeloperoxidase（ MPO） in healthy and unhealthy people.Methods： Nine hundred and ninety-eight related specimens were divided into the normal group（ 330 cases） and abnormal group（ 668 cases） according to the cardiovascular indexes（ such as total cholesterol,blood lipid,blood pressure,blood routine and electrocardiogram） except the MPO. The MPO content in two groups was detected using ELISA kit,the MPO distribution was analyzed,and the detection method was evaluated. Results： The plasma MPO level was related to the gender,total cholesterol,blood pressure,blood lipid,blood routine and electrocardiogram. Conclusions： The establishment of the reference value of plasma MPO level can play an early warning role in abnormal cardiovascular state,and provide a reference for clinical application.
