石化企业设备动静密封泄漏VOCs排放量影响因素探讨 被引量:7

摘要 介绍了泄漏检测与修复(LDAR)技术运行与管理的要点,设备动静密封泄漏VOCs排放量核算方法。结合国内某石化企业实际应用案例,从设备动静密封泄漏VOCs排放核算理论和近两年来的实际应用数据两方面,全面分析和探讨了石化企业设备动静密封泄漏VOCs排放量的影响因素,进一步提出提高减排效率的控制因素,为提升企业LDAR技术实施水平,控制和减少设备动静密封泄漏VOCs排放量提供了参考依据,以促进挥发性有机物总量减排和环境空气质量改善。 Key points of LDAR operation and management and the calculation method of VOCs emission from the dynamic and static seal leakage was introduced. Based on an actual application case of a petrochemical enterprise in China, VOCs emission calculation theory and the actual application data for recent two years was used to identify factors that influenced the VOCs emission caused by the dynamic and static seal leakage. Control factors for improved emission reduction efficiency was provided for the implementation of LDAR and for reducing VOCs emission, aiming to reducethe volatile organic compounds emission and to improve environmental air quality.
