摘要
从LDAR项目建立、LDAR检测、泄漏维修、设备动静密封点泄漏VOCs排放量核算、第三方技术服务等方面,分析了目前泄漏检测与修复(LDAR)相关标准在实际应用中存在的问题和不足,并对下一步工作及标准制修订提出建议,以提升国内LDAR技术实施水平,满足石化企业实际需求。
Problems of the current leakage detection and repair (LDAR) related standards in practical application were discussed, from the aspects of LDAR project establishment, detection method, leakage maintenance, accounting of VOCs emission due to dynamic and static seal leakage, third party technical service and others. To improve China's LDAR implementation and to meet the actual demand of petrochemical enterprises, suggestions were given on standard revision.
