摘要 使用有限元方法对矩形灭菌器进行应力分析,在满足强度要求和稳定性的前提下,通过ANSYS有限元参数化语言APDL对灭菌器结构的腔体厚度、加强筋厚度、加强筋高度、加强筋宽度、加强筋个数及腔体倒圆角度数6个参数进行了优化设计计算。模拟计算结果表明,优化后灭菌器质量减少了30.18%,达到了设计的经济性要求,此结果可为生产制造提供一定的依据。 The finite element method is used to analyze the stress of the rectangular sterilizer. ANSYS finite element parametric language APDL is applied to optimize and calculate sterilizer structure of the cavity thickness, thickness of stiffeners, stiffeners height, the width of the stiff ener, the number of stiffeners and the rounding angle of the cavity on the premise of meeting the strength and stability requirements. The results show that the weight of the sterilizer structure is reduced by 30.18%. The economic requirements of the design were reached, which provide a re liable basis for manufacturing.
