摘要
运用弹性薄壳理论和Waters法的边界剪切力和力矩方程,验证了ASME法兰刚度与转角的关系,给出了各种法兰的转角计算公式,明确了在设计和实际预紧时应采用不同的法兰转角极限值,并对法兰转角极限的确定提供了一些工程依据。
By using "the "theory of elas'dc "thin shell and "the boundary shear and momenl equations of Waters method, "the relationship between rigidity and rolation angle of ASME flange is veri lied, the calculation formula of the rotation angle for all kinds of flanges is given. It is clear that the different limit value shall be used in flange design and actual pre tightening, and some engi-neering evidences are provided for the determination of flange rotation limit.
