摘要
随着社会的快速发展,依赖传统的生产经营方式的梨农在市场中缺乏竞争力,创新元素的加入为梨农在产销过程增加了竞争优势。该文在供应链视角下,将梨农创新分为组织创新、过程创新、产品创新和销售创新等四个维度。通过对石家庄、葫芦岛、徐州3个梨主产区有关村镇的问卷调查发现,虽然梨农普遍具有较强的创新意识,但创新行为较少。政策建议:搭建技术推广平台,提高梨农的创新行动能力;丰富流通渠道,引导梨农尝试现代渠道销售梨果;通过培训等方式,帮助梨农获取市场行情信息;建立小额信贷体系,缓解梨农资金获取难的现状;合作社交易制度透明化。
With the rapid development of society,the pear growers who rely on traditional production and management methods are not competitive in the market,and the entry of innovative elements has increased competitive advantages for Pear Farmers in the production and marketing process. From the perspective of supply chain,the innovation of pear farmers can be divided into four dimensions:organizational innovation,process innovation,product innovation and sales innovate;Performance can be measured from four dimensions:profit,quality,responsiveness and flexibility. The results show that Pear Farmers in Shijiazhuang Huludao and Xuzhou have strong innovation consciousness,but less innovative behavior. Policy suggestions is to build a technology platform for the promotion,improve the innovation ability of action of Pear Farmers;enrich the circulation channels,guide the modern sales channels of pear farmers try;through training and other ways to help pear farmers market information.
