从气、血与脑神的关系角度阐述中风病的演变规律,认为气血亏虚是其本源;气血亏虚可产生痰、瘀等病理产物,进一步可加重疾病进程;气血逆乱是其发病直接枢机;气血失常,脑神失守是中风病病情加重的关键环节。

The authors elaborated the evolution law of stroke from the perspective of the relationship among qi,blood and brain spirit. They believed that source of this disease was the deficiency of qi and blood, which produces pathological products such as phlegm and blood stasis and further aggravates the disease process. Disorders of qi and blood flow are a direct key to its pathogenesis.Abnormality of qi and blood and dysfunction of brain spirit are a key link in aggravating stroke.
