摘要
胶结充填体力学性质、充填强度和损伤过程是影响矿山充填安全的重要因素。对单调加载条件下矿山尾砂胶结充填体力学及声发射特性进行研究,制作了不同配比条件下的圆柱型充填体试件,测试其单轴抗压强度、弹性模量、泊松比、应力-应变曲线和声发射参数,研究分级尾砂胶结充填体的变形破坏特征。研究结果表明,分级尾砂胶结充填体养护时间和单轴抗压强度之间存在指数关系,提出分级尾砂胶结充填体强度-养护时间预测模型,从而为探究分级尾砂胶结充填体力学参数的成因及对其调节提供依据。
The mechanical property,strength and damage process of the cemented filling body are key factors affecting mine filling safety. The mechanical property and acoustic emission characteristics of cemented tailings filling body under monotonic loading are studied. Cylinder specimens under different proportioning conditions are made,their uniaxial compressive strength,elastic modulus,poisson's ratio,stress-strain curve and acoustic emission parameters are tested and deformation and failure characteristics of graded tailings cemented filling body are studied. The results show that there is some functional relationship between curing time and uniaxial compressive strength of graded tailings cemented filling body. A prediction model of strength-curing time of cemented filling body is put forward so as to explore the causes of mechanical parameters of graded cemented tailings filling body and provide basis for its adjustment.
