安徽全椒金矿湿法预处理试验研究

摘要 安徽全椒金矿矿石金的嵌布粒度极细,属于典型的类卡林型金矿。对该矿石采用单一浮选工艺,金回收率仅为10.40%;采用全泥氰化浸出工艺,金浸出率仅为23.55%;采用原矿焙烧—氰化浸出工艺,金浸出率仅为37.43%。根据矿石性质,对原矿进行了酸浸预处理试验研究。结果表明:采用盐酸酸浸后,再进行焙烧—氰化浸出,金浸出率可达到82.03%;酸浸液采用硫酸进行盐酸再生,可获得高品质的氢氧化镁、二水石膏和盐酸,综合回收了矿石中的钙、镁矿物。酸浸预处理可大幅改善提金效率,对中国类卡林型金矿的开发利用具有借鉴意义。 The embedded gold of Quanjiao Gold Mine in Anhui is very fine. It belongs to typical carlin type gold deposit. When the ore is treated by a single flotation process,the gold recovery rate is only 10. 40 %; The all-sliming cyanidation can only reach a gold leaching rate of 23. 55 %; The roasting-cyanidation process for primary ore can only reach a gold leaching rate of 37. 43 %. According to the ore property,the primary ore was pretreated by acid leaching. The results show that when the ore is leached by hydrochloric acid and roasting-cyanidation process,gold leaching rate can reach 82. 03 %; the acid leachate is treated by sulfuric acid for hydrochloric acid regeneration where high-quality magnesium hydroxide,dehydrate gypsum and hydrochloric acid are obtained,indicating that the calcium and magnesium minerals are comprehensively recovered. The acid pretreatment can greatly improve gold extraction efficiency. The research can be used as reference by carlin-like gold deposit development and utilization in China.
