摘要
为解决某金铜矿选矿厂尾矿浓密作业环节存在的浓密机溢流水跑浑、底流浓度难以提高等问题,通过重新选择絮凝剂并调整添加方式和改造尾矿浓缩相关设备等手段,对该选矿厂浓密作业环节进行优化,并应用于工业生产。结果表明:采用非离子AZ-5002型絮凝剂,并将其添加方式由单点添加改为多点添加,节省了絮凝剂用量;通过增设脱气槽、改变入料方式、优化中心给料井结构等对尾矿浓缩相关设备进行改造,取得了良好的应用效果,且经济效益显著。
The problems of turbidity in overflow water and little increase of underflow concentration exist in the tailings thickening operation of a gold-copper beneficiation plant. In order to solve the problems,the processes of flocculant selection,adjustment in the following adding method,and renovation in tailings thickener were carried out to optimize the tailings thickening operation and applied to the industrial production. The result showed that the dosage of flocculant could be reduced by using non-ionic flocculant AZ-5002 and changing the adding method from one-point to multiple-points. And the related tailings thickening equipments were renovated by adding de-aerating tank,changing feeding methods,and optimizing the structure of center feeding well. The good practical results and economic benefits could be achieved by the renovation in tailings thickening operation steps.
