摘要
以PTFE板材表面化学处理为基础,通过对PTFE板材与铁片的剥离,探讨板材与铁件粘结强度的影响因素。结果表明:相对于萘钠处理,经过氨钠处理得到的PTFE板材表面具有更加优异的粘结性能;在一定的范围内,随着胶粘剂溶液浓度的上升,PTFE板材与铁片的粘结强度增大;而且,硫化时间的延长会在一定程度上降低粘结强度,这可能是由于胶粘剂中橡胶的老化所致。此外,相对于25℃的使用温度,100℃时的粘结强度下降超过40%,高温下具有优异的粘结性能将是PTFE应用发展的方向之一。
To illustrate the affecting factors of bond strength of PTFE sheet and iron, the article mainly based on the chemical treatment of PTFE. The results showed that the surface of the PTFE sheet obtained by sodium ammonia treatment had better adhesion performance than the sodium naphthalene treatment. In a certain range, the adhesive strength between the PTFE sheet and the iron sheet increased with the concentration of the adhesive solution rising. Therefore, the extension of the vulcanization time will reduce the bond strength to some extent, which may be due to the aging of the rubber in the adhesive. In addition, compared to the use temperature of 25 ℃, the bond strength at 100 ℃ decreases by more than 40%. Hence the excellent bond strength at high temperatures was one of the directions for the development of PTFE applications.
