摘要 以盐酸为酸性物质、次氯酸钠为氧化剂、氯化铜为催化剂,系统研究了从有机硅渣浆中提取铜的制备工艺中的不同因素对化学浸出反应的影响。结果表明:提高盐酸的质量分数对浸出反应有利,但盐酸质量分数达到20%后,继续增大盐酸质量分数对提高铜浸出率的效果不大,最佳的盐酸质量分数为20%;次氯酸钠添加量越大,铜浸出率越高,最佳的次氯酸钠投加量占含铜硅渣投加量百分比为5%;升高反应温度对浸出反应有利,而且反应温度越高,则所需反应时间越短,铜浸出率越高,最佳反应温度为50℃;延长反应时间对反应有利,铜浸出率越高,最佳反应时间为120 min。 Using hydrochloric acid, sodium hypochlorite as oxidant and copper chloride as catalyst,the influence of different factors in the preparation of copper from organic silicon residue pulp on chemical leaching reaction was systematically studied. The results showed that improving the mass fraction of hydrochloric acid is beneficial to leaching reaction, but the mass fraction of hydrochloric acid reaches 20%,continue to increase the quality of hydrochloric acid, to improve the copper leaching rate of little effect, and the optimum mass fraction of hydrochloric acid is 20%; The greater the amount of sodium hypochlorite, the higher the leaching rate of copper, and the optimum dosage of sodium hypochlorite was 5% of the total amount of copper containing silicon slag; Increasing the reaction temperature was beneficial to leaching reaction, and the higher the reaction temperature, the shorter the reaction time and the higher the copper leaching rate, the optimum reaction temperature was 50 ℃; Prolonging the reaction time was beneficial to the reaction, and the leaching rate of copper was higher, the optimum reaction time was 120 min.
