摘要
粉煤灰作为我国当前排放量较大的工业固体废渣之一,粉磨细化资源化利用已经被广泛应用。采用两种试验方法,开展了不同粉煤灰的易磨性试验,结果表明:不同易磨性的粉煤灰,立磨粉磨电耗差异较大,粉磨电耗与比表面积呈2.0~2.5次方正相关性,但不能用比表面积来推算立磨电耗;T6000试验粉磨时间t与立磨粉磨电耗有明显的相关性,提出了用粉磨时间t推算TRM立磨电耗的计算公式。
As one of the industrial solid waste in China, fly ash has been widely used. Using two kinds of test method, the grindability of different fly ash were tested. The results showed that different fly ash has different grinding power consumption for its different grindability, the grinding power consumption was 2.0 - 2.5 power of specific surface area, but it was not suitable to calculate the vertical roller mill power consumption through specific surface area, T6000 grinding time has obvious correlation with the vertical roller mill grinding power consumption. A formula of T6000 grinding time to calculate the power consumption of TRM vertical roller mill was derived.
